WFG Advancement Guidelines (United States & Puerto Rico)
The official World Financial Group Advancement Guidelines for the United States and Puerto Rico (WFGUS10256R2/1.26). It lays out what it takes to reach every field level:
- Base Development: Agent, Marketing Director (MD) and Senior Marketing Director (SMD), with the recruits, licensed agents, field training, net points, cash flow and training each requires.
- Executive Development: EMD, CEO MD, EVC, SEVC, Field Chairman and Executive Chairman, with direct SMD legs and Base / Base-1st / Base-6th net point requirements.
- Annual requalification for EMD and above.
- Key terms such as rolling time, legs, net points, Net Point Ratio, Tracked Block of Business, Base Shop, Super Base and Super Team.
